Instructions for purchasing a voucher for the 10th Cracovia Royal Half Marathon
1. The organizer allows you to purchase a starter package/payment of entry fee for another person in the form of a voucher.
2. The amount of the participation fee for the purchase of a voucher is the same as for the purchase of a starter package directly by the registering competitor.
3. When purchasing a voucher, the discounts indicated in the event regulations do not apply.
4. Each voucher must be used (i.e., registration of the competitor through the registration system) within 21 days of its purchase, but no later than the closing date of electronic registration.
5. It is not possible to use the voucher code after the closing of electronic registration, nor is it possible to do so at the Competition Office.
6. Method of voucher purchase:
a. a person who wants to purchase a voucher contacts the Organizer by sending an e-mail to zapisy@zis.krakow.pl. In the e-mail, first of all, the necessary data for a proforma invoice should be provided (in the case of purchase of a voucher by an individual: name, surname, full address; in the case of purchase by a company: full name of the company, registered office address and Tax Identification Number);
b. in the title of the message, write: “Purchase of voucher - 10th Cracovia Royal Half Marathon”. Correspondence regarding the purchase should be conducted in response to subsequent messages or always specifying the above wording in the title of the message,
c. in the return e-mail, the buyer will receive a proforma invoice, based on which he will make payment for the voucher,
d. after the payment is credited to the Organizer's account, the buyer will receive an email with the voucher to be printed or sent to the competitor himself,
e. The voucher will contain a unique code, which the competitor should enter during registration in the appropriate field in the form,
f. the competitor who receives such a voucher shall individually sign up through the registration form on the dedicated website.
7. At the Competition Office, each competitor shall collect the package individually.
8. Paid voucher is non-refundable.
9. Entry fees paid with a voucher are excluded from transferability to another competitor.
