I. Collecting the starter package at the Competition Office

1. The competitors report personally to collect the starting package.
2. In order to verify and collect the starting package, the QR code must be presented at the Competition Office at the verification desk.
3. QR codes will be sent to the telephone number and also to the e-mail address provided during registration, no earlier than 14 days before the race day. Codes can only be sent to telephone numbers registered in Polish mobile networks. Competitors who do not have a number in the Polish network will receive the code only by e-mail.
4. Both codes shown on electronic devices and printed will be accepted.
5. In the event of doubts as to the identity of the competitor collecting the package or the correctness of his application, the competitor will be directed to the "Help Center/Help desk" stand for thorough verification of the application.
6. In the event that the competitor has not received the code or has a problem with receiving/opening it, he should report to the Competition Office at the position marked "Help Center/Help desk".
7. In order to correct the declaration or a new entry, you should go to the stand marked "Centrum Pomocy/Help desk". You should then have an ID with a photo.
8. The starting number is assigned to the competitor at the verification station depending on the order in which the competitor reports to the Competition Office. It is not possible to book/select a number in advance.

II. Collection of the starter package by the Plenipotentiary

1. The organizer does not allow the collection of the starting package on behalf of another person.

III. Verification of disabled people

1. Disabled competitors must present a valid document confirming their disability, eg ID card of the Polish Association of the Blind, ID card of the County Family Assistance Center or a decision on awarding the 1st or 2nd group related to visual impairment.
2. In the case of people with visual disabilities, due to the fact that the above-mentioned in the above-mentioned documents, there is no record that specifies 100% blindness and, in order to be allowed to run in category B1, competitors or their guardians taking part in this category are required to submit a declaration of 100% vision loss.
3. The competitors with sight and hearing disabilities will be verified at the Competition Office on a specially marked stand.

IV. Verification of the discount for the Krakow Family Card 3+

1. Competitors who are entitled to a discount on the Krakow Family Card 3+ are required to present the current Krakow Family Card 3+ and an identity document to the Competition Office.
2. The discount applies only to the Krakow Family Grid 3+ (does not apply to the nationwide Large Family Card).
3. In the absence of a relevant document during the verification, the competitor is obliged to pay the difference in the amount of the starting fee.
