ENTRY FEE AND STARTING NUMBERS
Can I choose my starting number?
No. Start numbers are assigned randomly in the Competition Office, according to the declared start zone.
When is the start number assigned?
The start number will be assigned in the Competition Office after verification during the collection of the package.
Will I be refunded if I cannot start?
No. The organizer does not provide for the possibility of refunding the paid start fee. It is possible to transfer the start fee to another competitor.
Can I transfer the start fee to another competitor?
The organizer allows the possibility of transferring the start fee to another competitor.
The start fee can be transferred in the form of an assignment no later than October 10, 2025. The handling fee for transferring the start fee is PLN 30.00 and is non-refundable. This fee must be paid by the deadline of October 10, 2025.
How can I transfer the start fee to another competitor?
1. Log in to your profile in the DATASPORT system.
2. Use the "Make a transfer" option available in the registration form.
3. Pay a non-refundable handling fee of PLN 30 (until October 10, 2025).
4. After payment, you will receive an email with a link to transfer to the new competitor.
5. The new competitor registers using this link.
Please note: The fee cannot be transferred if:
- a VAT invoice has been issued,
- a voucher or group registration code has been used,
- discounts described in point V.11 of the Regulations have been used.
Can I transfer the fee to another event/ the next edition of this event?
No. This is not possible under any circumstances.
Who is exempt from the entry fee?
Exempted from the entry fee are:
- persons with disabilities,
- guides of the blind persons,
- persons invited by the Run Director, including pacemakers.
- volunteers assisting in the organisation of the 11th PKO Cracovia Royal Half Marathon for at least 8 hours.
What level of disability allows for exemption?
Any disabled person who has an official document confirming the status of a disabled person, i.e. a disability certificate issued by the Adjudicating Institution, is exempt from the entry fee.
The mentioned document must be presented at the Competition Office for verification.
Is a person over 60 years of age exempt from the entry fee?
Those who are 60 years of age or older can benefit from a 25% discount on the entry fee.
Can I pre-pay for medal engraving?
In the registration form for the 11th PKO Cracovia Royal Half Marathon on the Run website, i.e. by 10.10.2025, the competitor could purchase a medal engraving service (placing the competitor's name and result on the medal). The purchase of the medal engraving service in the amount of PLN 25.00 will also be possible on the day of the Run, directly from the engraving service provider.
How can I pay for the medal engraving service?
In the registration form for the 11th PKO Cracovia Royal Half Marathon, you need to tick "Yes" next to the option concerning the purchase of the medal engraving service, then an additional fee of PLN 25.00 will be charged with a redirection to the payment system.
The purchased medal engraving service will be performed on the day of the Event, at a stand designated for this purpose, based on the competitor's starting number.
Purchase of the medal engraving service in the amount of PLN 25.00 will also be possible on the day of the Run, directly from the engraving service provider in the finish area.
START LIST AND CORRECTING THE APPLICATION
I want to change the details on the start list. What should I do?
Until on-line registration is possible, the data can be changed by sending a message to the following address zapisy@zis.krakow.pl providing your e-mail address and the data to be changed.
It is not possible to change the name, surname and date of birth of the registered competitor (except for justified cases, e.g. change of surname after marriage, official change of name/surname, appropriate documents should be provided).
Having closed the registration, the data may be changed only in the Competition Office at the "Help desk".
How are age categories assigned?
In the registration system the age category is automatically assigned, based on the year of birth.
Can I change the start zone?
Yes. To do so, please write an e-mail from the address that matches your profile in DataSport to zapisy@zis.krakow.pl, providing the zone in which the athlete wishes to start.
What is the limit of participants?
The start limit is 16,000 participants.
INVOICES
How can I obtain an invoice?
It is only possible to receive an invoice if the request for an invoice is indicated in the application form and the correct and complete data for which an invoice is to be issued is indicated therein. Invoice data can only be provided prior to payment of the entry fee. An invoice issued to an individual will be sent to the competitor's e-mail address. An invoice issued to a company/association/club shall be sent to the address of the entity to which it has been issued.
Sending an invoice electronically will be possible with the individual consent of the persons representing the company/association/club, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
I have sent/submitted a request for an invoice, when and how will I receive it?
An invoice issued to an individual is sent to the athlete's e-mail address by the Accounting Department. An invoice issued to a company/association/club is sent by post to the address of the entity to which it was issued.
It will only be possible to send an invoice "to the company" by e-mail after individual approval by the persons representing the company/association/club, in accordance with current legislation.
Can the purchase of an entry fee with a Kraków Family Card discount be documented with an invoice?
The discount for holders of the Kraków Family Card is only available to individuals not running a business for personal purposes and not a commercial entity. Such payment can be documented by a VAT invoice per individual.
Can I receive a collective invoice?
Yes, if all payments:
- were posted on the same day,
- concern the same event and the same amount.
VAT invoices issued to the company's data are sent by traditional mail to the company's registered office address.
The company wants to pay for me. Is this possible?
Yes, you can ask for a pro-forma invoice for a voucher. In case of group bookings, i.e. when the company buys at least 5 places.
Otherwise, each competitor pays individually and can receive an invoice for the company based on proof of payment.
A 10% discount on the entry fee for group entries applies to groups of more than 10 people.
PACEMAKERS
Who is a pacemaker?
Pacemaker leads a group of runners for a limited time.
How do you recognize a pacemaker?
Each pacemaker is wearing a T-shirt with the inscription "pacemaker" and the time for which he/she leads the group. In addition, he/she has balloons with described time of leading the group.
I would like to be a pacemaker. What should I do?
Please send a message to the following address: zapisy@zis.krakow.pl with your name and surname, time for which you would like to lead, a minimum of 5 times achieved in running over a given distance in the last 2 years, and a short description of you.
COMPETITION OFFICE AND STARTING PACKAGES
Where is the Competition Office located?
The Competition Office will be located in the Small Hall of TAURON Arena Kraków, ul. Stanisława Lema 7, Kraków.
What days and hours are the Competition Office open?
- October 10, 2025 (Friday) from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- October 11, 2025 (Saturday) from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- October 12, 2025 (Sunday) from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (package collection only)
What does the starter pack include?
Starting number, sticker for the deposit bag, safety pins and a bag with gifts from sponsors: Czaniecki pasta, Oshee bar, SIS energy gel, PLN 30 voucher from FACTORY, Sudocrem cream, DayMag sachet, Eatyx 500ml bottle, Kids&Us booklet.
The T-shirt is not part of the starter pack. It can be purchased separately.
Will I collect my pack after the Competition Office closes/opens?
No. Packs can only be collected during the Competition Office opening hours.
Is it possible to send a starter pack?
No. Starting packs not collected at the Competition Office will not be sent or issued later.
Is the Competition Office open on the day of the event?
Yes, between 7:00 and 9:00, for the collection of starting packages only. It is not possible to pay for participation on this day.
Is it possible to collect the starting package on the day of the competition?
Yes, between 7:00 and 9:00.
Will I sign up for the run on the day of the event?
No, registration at the Competition Office is only possible on 10-11 October 2025, in case the limit of starters is not exhausted.
How to sign up for the 5th Polish Foresters' Half Marathon Championship?
There are currently no registrations for the Polish Foresters' Half Marathon Championship.
How to sign up for the 9th Polish Physiotherapists' Championships in Half Marathon?
When signing up for the 11th PKO Cracovia Royal Half Marathon, you should select the "Physiotherapist" option in the "Polish Physiotherapists' Half Marathon Championship" classification in the registration form. Registrations are conducted in the DATASPORT system. You should also familiarize yourself with the regulations of this race.
How to sign up for the 20th Polish Teachers' Half Marathon Championship?
When signing up for the 11th PKO Cracovia Royal Half Marathon, you should select the "Teacher" option in the "Polish Teachers' Half Marathon Championship" classification in the registration form. Registrations are conducted in the DATASPORT system. You should also familiarize yourself with the regulations of this race.
How do you register for the 2nd Half Marathon for the Cup of the Municipal Police Commander in Kraków?
When registering for the 11th PKO Cracovia Royal Half Marathon, you should select the "Police" option in the "1st Half Marathon for the Cup of the Municipal Police Commander in Krakow" classification in the registration form. Registrations are conducted in the DATASPORT system. You should also familiarize yourself with the regulations of this race.
How to register for the Academic Classification for the Cup of the President of AZS Kraków in the Half Marathon?
When registering for the 11th PKO Cracovia Royal Half Marathon, you should select the "Academic" option in the "Academic Classification for the Cup of the President of AZS Krakow in the Half Marathon" in the registration form. Registrations are conducted in the DATASPORT system. You should also familiarize yourself with the regulations of this race.
How is the starting package collected?
Come to the Competition Office with a QR code and approach the verification stand for the selected event. Then you need to show the QR code received by e-mail.
In the case of people exempted from the fee or entitled to a discount, it is additionally obligatory to present a document entitling to an exemption/discount of the participation fee.
At the verification desk, the competitor will be issued a starting number, deposit number, safety pins and a starting package.
In the absence of a relevant document entitling to an exemption/discount of the entry fee, the competitor/proxy shall be obliged to pay a surcharge up to the amount of the entry fee in force at the Competition Office.

Where can I find the QR code?
On your profile at DATASPORT in TICKETS section. Each athlete will receive their code to the email address provided at registration. The code will be sent approximately 3 days before the event date.
The QR code is assigned to a specific competitor, please protect your code from getting into the wrong hands. The organiser provides for verification of the competitors based on an identity card or other document proving identity.
The organiser shall not be responsible for the situation if, based on the QR code, the start package is collected by an unauthorised person.
Does the QR code have to be printed out?
No, it can be shown on a phone, tablet, other device.
I did not get the QR code/It does not open/I do not have the code. What to do?
At the Competition Office, with your identity document, please report to the "Help desk".
I want to change my data. What should I do?
Write to zapisy@zis.krakow.pl or report to the "Help desk" at the Competition Office with your identity document.
I want to register for an event at the Competition Office. What to do?
To pay the entry fee, please report to the "KASA" stand and then with your identity document to the "Help desk".
In the case of athletes exempted from the fee, report directly to the "Help desk".
What do I need to have with me to collect the package?
In order to verify and collect your starting package, you will need to present your QR code and photo identity document at the Competition Office at the verification desk.
In addition, in the case of discounts or exemptions from the entry fee, you should also have a document entitling you to discount/exemption (i.e. KKR3+, disability certificate or ID card of a disabled person, audiogram)
When to show the required documents?
During verification at the Competition Office.
In the case of participants of the KKR 3+ program, card verification takes place at any verification station or at the help desk in the case of a new registration. 60+ people are verified by date of birth. People from the Persevering list are verified on an ongoing basis by the Organizer. People with disabilities are verified at a dedicated station.
Can someone collect the package on my behalf?
Yes. When registering on the entry form, the athlete enters the name, e-mail and telephone number of the proxy who will collect their race packet. These data can be changed until 8 October. The designated person will receive a QR code authorising them to collect the package.
Is it necessary to have a written authorisation, to sign the authorisation/statement at the Competition Office?
No. The details of the proxy must be provided on the entry form. This can be completed up to 8 October 2025. Failure to provide these details will make it impossible to collect the starting pack, even if the proxy shows the athlete's QR code.
When collecting the starting package, the proxy must present the QR code of the athlete for whom he/she is collecting the starting package and his/her identity document.
Is it necessary to have a special medical examination?
No. By registering, the athlete indicates that he/she is aware of the risks involved in taking part and is aware of his/her health condition.
T-SHIRTS
Is the T-shirt included in the starting package?
The starter packs do not include a T-shirt. During registration, competitors only declare their willingness to buy a T-shirt and its size. T-shirts will be sold by the Technical Sponsor of the 11th PKO Cracovia Royal Half Marathon – ASICS, at a dedicated “T-shirts” stand in the Competition Office at the Expo (Mała Hala TAURON Arena Kraków, Stanisława Lema 7 Street).
What is the cost of the T-shirt?
The price of the T-shirt is PLN 80.
Can I try on a T-shirt before I buy it?
There will be a fitting room at the point of purchase of the T-shirts.
What should I do if I have picked the wrong t-shirt size on the registration form?
You can change your T-shirt size in your registration to the run in the DATASPORT system, or you can contact the Organiser by e-mail at: zapisy@zis.krakow.pl.
What should I do if I have declared in the registration form that I would like to buy a T-shirt but do not want one?
During registration, competitors only declare their wish to purchase a T-shirt and the size. The final decision to purchase will be made at the T- shirts' points of sale.
What should I do if I did not declare my intention to buy a T-shirt in the application form but I still want to buy one?
You must declare your wish to purchase a T-shirt to the Organiser by sending an email to: zapisy@zis.krakow.pl.
Those who have not declared a will to purchase a T-shirt, but are interested in purchasing them, can purchase T-shirts from the other reserves as well:
- from 10-12 October 2025 at the Competition Office at the Expo (during opening hours) by the Technical Sponsor of the 11th Cracovia Royal Half Marathon - the ASICS company, at the dedicated stand "T-SHIRTS SELL".
STARTING NUMBER
Is the starting number personal?
The Organiser does not put names, surnames or nicknames of competitors on the number. The start number assigned (allocated) at the Competition Office is a document assigned to a particular competitor.
Do I have to set up in the zone that is marked on my number?
You can try to set up in a different zone. As a rule, changing from a faster zone to a slower zone has no consequences. However, if this is not the case, the competitors themselves may ask you to leave the zone.
The Organiser recommends that you observe the zone markings on your starting number.
I have lost my number. What now?
The organiser does not issue duplicate numbers. The only possibility is to re-register for the race (and pay the fee) and receive a new number.
According to the regulations, it is the competitor assigned to the number who will bear the consequences if another person starts on the lost number.
What is the chip?
The chip for measuring time is placed under the sponge stuck to the start number. Do not peel off this sponge. A violated starting number is considered invalid.
How do you attach the number and chip?
The starting number with the chip should be pinned with the safety pins provided in the starting package to the front of the starting T-shirt (at chest height).
START AND ROUTE
What time is the start?
The start of the main run will be at 10:00 a.m.
Where is the start located?
The starting line is located on Stanisława Lema Street, in front of TAURON Arena Kraków.
What is the time limit?
The limit is 3 hours.
Where are the changing rooms located?
Men's and women's changing rooms will be located on the premises of TAURON Arena Kraków.
Where is the deposit located?
The deposit will be located in tents in the outdoor parking of TAURON Arena Kraków (at the main entrance, on the side of Lema Street). It will be open on October 12, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Is it possible to start in a wheelchair?
No, a person in a wheelchair is not allowed to start.
Is it possible to run with a dog?
No, running with animals is not allowed.
Is it possible to run with a pushchair?
No, it is not possible to start with a pushchair, including a running pushchair.
Is it possible to run with headphones?
Yes, but we recommend that the volume is at a level where you can hear external announcements.
Is it possible to put your own nutrients on the points?
No, this is not possible.
What is the difference between a refreshment point and a nutrition point?
Only water is available at the refreshment point. Isotonic drinks, fruit, sugar, chocolate may also be available at the nutrition point.
Where are the nutrition points and where are the refreshment points?
The nutrition points will be located around km 4 and 13.
Refreshment points will be located around km 9 and 17.
Are there toilets on the route?
Toilets will be located near the start and finish, by the changing rooms and at all nutrition and refreshment points, with separate toilets for men and women.
Is the route marked?
Yes, the route is marked every 1 km.
Is the route certified?
The route is certified by World Athletics (formerly IAAF) and AIMS.
Is a GPX file of the route available?
Yes, the GPX file is available on the Run website here.
Will there be medical assistance on the route?
Yes, medical points will be located at the nutrition and refreshment points.
Can someone on a bike/scooter ride beside me on the route?
No, no vehicles are allowed on the route except the organiser's vehicles.
What should I do if I witness an accident/fainting on the route?
Report an accident to the emergency number on the back of your start number or directly to the services watching over the route.
Will there be a kindergarten for the children of those who start?
No. The organiser does not plan to organise a kindergarten.
FINISH AND RESULTS
What is the net time?
It is the competitor's time from the moment of crossing the start line to the moment of crossing the finish line.
What is gross time?
This is the competitor's time from the moment the starter's gun is fired until crossing the finish line.
Where can I find the results?
The results will be available on the run website and the DATASPORT portal.
Official results will be announced up to 14 days after the end of the Event or upon receipt of the results of the doping control, i.e. up to 20 working days after the end of the Event, if any.
Will I receive an sms with the result?
Every competitor who enters their phone number in a Polish network when registering for the race will receive an sms with the results.
Will I receive a diploma?
The diploma will be available to download and print from the results website.
Do I have to return the chip after the run?
No, the chip installed in the start number is disposable.
Will I receive a meal after the run?
At the finish line each competitor will receive a regeneration meal. The regeneration zone for competitors will be located behind TAURON Arena Kraków.
Where are the showers?
Showers will be located in the changing rooms of TAURON Arena Kraków.
What are the awards?
All awards are described in detail in the event regulations.
When will the decoration take place?
Decoration will start immediately after the fastest runners have finished.
Are the awards taxed?
Yes, in case the value of the award exceeds the amount exempt from taxation under the provisions of the Personal Income Tax Act, income tax will be deducted from the value of the award, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
How are the awards paid out?
Cash awards will be paid to the bank account provided by the competitor. After decoration, please report to the awards tent and leave your contact details.
By when and where can I pick up my award?
In the case of cash prizes, the data for transferring the prize must be provided no later than 30 days from the date of the announcement of the official results. After this deadline, the prize will be forfeited by the Organiser.
In the case of prizes in kind, the prize can be collected at the Organiser's office after prior contact with the Organiser or in a manner agreed with them, no later than 30 days from the date of the Event. After this deadline, the prize will be forfeited by the Organiser.
Cash prizes will be paid to the account provided by the competitor after the Organiser receives the results of the anti-doping control (if it is carried out) and after receiving all the data necessary to make a bank transfer. Prizes obtained in other classifications, referred to in point VI.1. of the event regulations, will be paid to the account provided by the competitor in the statement indicating the exact data for making the transfer or, in the case of a prize in kind, transferred in the manner indicated by the Organiser.
OTHER
Are competitors insured?
The organiser does not provide personal accident insurance (NNW) for participants. It is advisable to take out personal accident insurance on your own.
To whom should I submit my comments about the run?
Complaints concerning participation in the race and the organisation of the 11th PKO Cracovia Royal Half Marathon can be submitted in writing to the Organiser's address or by e-mail to zapisy@zis.krakow.pl up to 7 days after the end of the event.
ARRIVAL
How do I arrive at the Competition Office?
We recommend using public transport to the following stops: TAURON Arena Kraków – Wieczysta or TAURON Arena Kraków – al. Pokoju. Current timetables.
Are competitors entitled to a discount on public transport?
No. Competitors are not entitled to free travel on public transport on the day of the event.
Where can I park?
Friday, October 10, 2025
Parking is not available at the TAURON Arena Kraków. We recommend using the nearby parking spaces at the M1 Shopping Center (free parking) or the Decathlon store (free for 1.5 hours). On Friday, parking will be in accordance with applicable parking regulations.
Saturday, October 11, 2025
TAURON Arena Kraków indoor (underground) parking available from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.:
- take a parking ticket at the barrier upon entry,
- after receiving your start number, validate your ticket with the security guard at the exit of the Competition Office,
- once validated, participants have 20 minutes to leave the parking.
- Failure to validate or exceeding the time limit will result in a fee in accordance with the TAURON Arena Kraków price list.

Parkings available for race participants:
1. TAURON Arena Kraków internal (underground) parking:
- entry is only possible from Lema Street (from Mogilska Street and Jana Pawła II Avenue). Entry hours: 7:00 a.m.-8:00 a.m.,
- the half marathon route coincides with the access road to the car park, exit is only possible after 3:00 p.m.,
- free exit until 4:00 p.m., after which time a fee will apply in accordance with the price list,
2. Parking at the M1 Shopping Center available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., entry and exit without major difficulties,
3. Parking at the International Exhibition and Convention Center EXPO Kraków available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., entry and exit without major difficulties,
4. Parking at Decathlon available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., entry via Mogilska and Kosynierów Streets.
Vehicles weighing up to 2.5 tons can use the parkings.
Do I need a parking card to use the car park?
Yes. Entry to parking spaces will be possible upon presentation of a parking card, which is available for download at www.cracoviapolmaraton.pl.
Will it be possible to leave a vehicle in the car park for the night of 11/12.10?
There is no such possibility.
