EXPO SCHEDULE

We invite you from October 9–11, 2026 (during the Race Office opening hours):

• Friday (09.10.2026): 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday (10.10.2026): 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday (11.10.2026): 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

APPLICATIONS

Do you want to become an Exhibitor? Do not hesitate – first come, first served! The deadline for submitting forms is September 30, 2026 (unless the available space is rented out earlier).

HOW TO BOOK A STAND?

• Download the form from 
• Fill it out, choosing one of the available stand size options.
• Send a scan signed (by a person authorized to represent the company) to the e-mail address: expo@zis.krakow.pl.

EXHIBITION SPACE PRICING

The fee for renting space inside the TAURON Arena Kraków facility is calculated based on the rate of PLN 300.00 gross per 1 m².
