Competition Office will be located in the TAURON Arena Kraków, Stanisława Lema Street, and open on:
-the 6th October (Friday) 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
-the 7th October (Saturday) 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
-the 8th October (Sunday) 2023 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
1. Personal collection:
a. To verify and collect the starting package, you must present the QR code and photo ID at the Competition Office at the verification desk,
b. QR codes will be sent to the telephone number as well as to the e-mail address provided during registration, immediately after registration and approximately 72 hours before the race day. Codes can only be sent to telephone numbers registered in Polish mobile networks. Competitors who do not have a number in the Polish network will receive the code only by e-mail,
c. Both codes shown on electronic devices and printed,
d. If a competitor has not received the code or has problems receiving/opening it, his/her entry will be searched for at the verification desk, on the basis of his/her name.
e. In order to correct the declaration or make a new entry, go to the stand marked "Centrum Pomocy / Help desk",
f. The starting number is assigned to the competitor at the verification station depending on the order in which the competitor reports to the Competition Office. It is not possible to book / select a number in advance.
2. Collection of the starter package by the Proxy:
a. In order to allow the starting package to be collected by an authorised person, the competitor should provide in the registration form the data of the person he/she wants to authorise to collect the starting package .
b. Proxy’s data on the form may be completed until October 5, 2023. After the electronic registration closes, the data may be supplemented by editing the ticket.
c. When collecting the starting package , the Proxy is required to present the QR code of the competitor for whom he/she is collecting the starting package and his/her ID,
d. The absence of Proxy’s data on the registration form of the competitor for whom he/she is collecting the starting package makes it impossible to collect the starting package , even if the proxy shows the competitor's QR code.
3. Verification of persons with disabilities:
a. All persons with disabilities are exempt from the entry fee, regardless of the degree and type of disability.
b. During verification, the disabled competitors are required to present documents proving entitlement to exemption from the entry fee.
c. In the absence of relevant documents entitling to exemption from the entry fee, the competitor/attorney is obliged to pay a surcharge to the amount of the entry fee in force in the Competition Office.
d. Guides of the blind may sign up only when the blind competitor with whom they are competing provides them with the code received by e-mail from the Organizer. At the Competition Office, the guide of the blind is required to appear at the same time as the blind competitor with whom he/she is competing and make a statement that he/she is his/her guide. Otherwise, the fee waiver will not be recognized and in order to participate in the race, the competitor is required to pay the entry fee in effect at the Competition Office.
4. Verification of the discount on the Kraków Family Card 3+
a. The basis for granting a discount is presenting at the Competition Office during verification of the Kraków Family Card 3+, i.e. a card issued to members of large families (minimum 3 children) residing in the Municipality of Kraków,
b. Competitors who are entitled to a discount on the Kraków Family Card 3+ are required to present the current Krakow Family Card 3+ and an identity document to the Competition Office.
c. The discount applies only to the Kraków Family Grid 3+ (does not apply to the nationwide Large Family Card),
d. In the absence of a relevant document during the verification, the competitor is obliged to pay the difference to the amount of the entry fee applicable in accordance with the Regulations on the day of making the additional payment.
